The old saying is, “Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life.” I know what it means, but I want to propose something else. Of course it’s work, but it’s work that you love, so keep it up. The thing is no project anywhere contains all things you love to do. So instead of that, I recommend you do the work you’d rather not do as close as you can to the beginning as you can to get it out of the way. Even better, if you are in a position to do so, farm that works out to someone who will love it. Bottom line, anything worth doing, even if you love it, will include stuff you don’t like that has to be done anyway. To reach our goals and get the. best outcome, we have to find a way to make it happen.
