Somewhere in Tokyo is a person who flew half way around the world (or more) to run the 100 Meter Dash—all that travel and effort to run for less than ten seconds. Is that a waste? No that person trained his or her whole life for that one moment. We don’t always get to pick our moments, and to the rest of the world those moments may make no sense. That’s not up to us. What is up to us is to make that moment count.
