It was amazing to me. It was during the election season and everyone was pushing me to do more. People on both sides of the aisle wanted me to fight and get into all sorts of arguments. Now I understood how my unbelieving friends would see that this was a pointless effort, but even the believers seemed to think more was necessary. The thing is prayer is bringing your cause before the Creator of the Universe. It is the ultimate power move, and it would benefit us all to realize that.
Prayer is power because it is submitted to the source of all power. So where you’re trying to solve a problem or create your next masterpiece the first step is to take it before the Lord. From there, you need to act on what God leads you to do, but the prayer is the power.
