My church holds two special offerings a year supporting missions. They always go above and beyond and so I try to go above and beyond to recognize their generosity. Basically what I do is write a script and record it in GarageBand. I then create the images in photoshop, making slight changes and movements and then take them into an old version of iMovie where I can set the timings a little more accurately than the new version allows I sync the video to the recording, making a simple animated video. I’ve done quite a few of these over the years on a variety of topics. They’re nothing fancy but the congregation seems to like them and it’s another another way to use my gift.
