This is a street art crew from Japan called Rinpa Eshdan. I just absolutely love their work. This short colorful piece is really inspirational.

Rinpa Eshidan is a “street art crew” from Japan that does some amazing innovative creative stuff. Check this out a ask yourself this question could a couple friends and I do a piece of public work like this for the glory of God.
