Well, maybe it’s just too close to Easter but when I saw the word return, I kind of got a one track mind. Jesus is going to return and set things right. He’s going to come and fix the mess we’re in. He’s going to redeem creation and return this world to what it was intended to be… Perfect. In the mean time, the best thing any of us can do is return to Him. It won’t give you a perfect life but it will give you a purpose. To love your neighbor, share the Gospel and prepare for His return. He loves you and He’s preparing a place for you. Easter reminds us of His love. How He died on the cross to free us from our sins and rose again to redeem us for ever.
He shall return!
Amen! So looking for His return! and praying more will be ready by that time! Joy in Jesus! He is alive!!!
For me, it’s not so much looking forward to His return. I hope you don’t think me weak for saying that. I love the Lord, but many who I love don’t follow Him yet so for now I press on.
