I have a new online friend who is a missionary in Serbia who is wanting to use art to serve the Lord there. I plan on helping with what I can do from here, and I have referred her to others. I know some members of the AMOKArts tribe are in Europe. If any of you could come alongside her in person that would be great. Hi Dave,
My name is Pam. My husband, Mike and I are living in Serbia. Ten months ago we
felt God’s call to leave our home in Ft. Worth, Texas and to come serve here in
Eastern Europe with a mission organization. I have been praying about how God
would use me in ministry here as it is so different from the U.S. I am an
artist also and want to open an Art Center/Studio as an avenue to minister to
people. Because of this country’s past, there is a lot of negativism and
hopelessness in their thinking.
I am very excited to find your website as you can imagine. It speaks volumes
to what I’m envisioning here in Serbia. I haven’t found anyone that’s using the
arts to any degree here…which is kind of crazy as art has been so much of
their past. I’m not really sure where to begin. I guess any advice, ideas info
on workshops would be helpful. Do you know of any christian artist groups in
Europe? Thanks for your time.
